2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Why No Cancellations or Refunds?

Unlike standard products, our personalized parenting guidance reports involve immediate work allocation and dedicated resources:

• Immediate Processing: Your child's birth details and specific concerns are processed within minutes of order placement
• Personalized Analysis: Our team begins analyzing astrological calculations and parenting insights specific to your child
• Dedicated Resources: Expert time and attention are allocated to create your unique report
• Custom Content: Each report is individually crafted based on your child's specific needs and your parenting concerns

What Happens After You Order

• Order is confirmed and payment processed
• Your child's information is immediately queued for analysis
• Astrological calculations begin based on birth details

Exceptions

The only circumstances where we may consider adjustments are:

• Technical Errors: If we fail to deliver your report due to technical issues on our end

Payment Process

• Payment is required before report delivery
• We accept payments through Razorpay and other secure payment methods
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Once payment is confirmed, work begins immediately on your personalized report
